Temporary Solutions
We offer you a complete solution for issues where a temporary installation is required to store, pump, filter, drain, separate, heat, cool, transport or degas both gas and liquid flows. Altena Rental has a wide range of certified (cleaning) equipment for this purpose. In addition, we also use equipment from third parties in one integrated plan.
- The most efficient solution will be worked out in a project plan, with which you have all information for your (temporary) Management of Change available in one document. Components of the project plan may include:
- schematic representation of the temporary setup
- signed map
- markings of your PEFS / P&ID
- certificates and other documentation
Demobilize and operate
If desired, we can take over the work completely from you; demobilization and operation of the temporary installation can be taken over by us. Within Altena Group we have chemical technologists, chemical technical operators and certified flange fitters, who can offer an efficient solution if necessary.
Our equipment is at least provided with a test certificate in accordance with the SIR guidelines. In addition, we have a significant fleet that is certified according to PED. After each deployment, our equipment is cleaned, visually assessed and subjected to a leak test. All steps of the project are registered in a digital management system, so that availability, inspections and documentation are always up to date.
