Air conditioning units
Global Air Systems supplies maintenance-friendly air-conditioning units made of plastic to customers who demand the highest quality. Our units are custom-made to meet the customer’s specific wishes. All our air-conditioning units are delivered with a smoothly finished inside. You can decide the composition and dimensions in consultation with us. This ensures that the end-product fits your needs as closely as possible. Optimum efficiency, low energy consumption and minor maintenance costs come as standard with every air-conditioning unit of Global Air Systems.
Replacement of parts
After a number of years, the compressor/mixer and filter parts of an air-conditioning unit may require replacement, while the rest of the unit is still in excellent condition. What’s the solution? Get Global Air Systems to replace the parts. We can supply and install plastic parts of any size. We are also the people to contact for replacement of other components - everything from heat exchangers, heat wheels, flap registers and ventilators to complete humidifier parts.
Plenums
Existing plenums are often corroded because the compressor is short-fixed to the outside will. A lot of bacterial growth occurs because of dampness and corrosion. Global Air Systems can solve this problem skilfully for you. On the inside of architectural plenums, we will fit a covering made completely of plastic. We can even build completely plastic plenums for you, with the same benefits as with air conditioning units. They are easy to maintain, corrosion-resistant and lightweight, available in any size and can be fitted to any roof.
Air ducts
Besides meeting technical standards, air ducts must now increasingly satisfy aesthetical requirements. They need to look nice, while retaining high-quality damping and insulation values. The plastic air ducts of Global Air Systems have a completely smooth finish and are very strong. They will not bend, even after years of service. They are ideal for outdoor fitting, but also for visible air ducts inside a building.
Warranty
We offer maintenance contracts for our products. If you wish, we can conclude a contract for as long as 30 years.
